ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Hello! I’m Brenda Malcolm, founder of UnityNest Community Care. I am passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood by providing compassionate, personalized care that strengthens both parents and infants.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University. With over 10 years of experience in maternal and child health, I have worked closely with families to provide education, advocacy, and guidance on infant care, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and overall family wellness.
Through UnityNest Community Care, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where families can receive guidance, care, and connection—whether at home, virtually, or within the community—helping them build strong, healthy foundations.
UnityNest Community Care made me feel supported every step of the way. The care was thoughtful, professional, and centered on my family’s needs. I felt heard, respected, and never alone during my journey.
